Pantheon 
The Pantheon is an ancient 2nd century Roman temple and, since AD 609, a Catholic church called the Basilica of St. Mary and the Martyrs in Rome, Italy. It is perhaps the most famous, and architecturally most influential, rotunda




Spanish Steps

Commissioned by Pope Sixtus V and built between 1588 and 1593, the Quattro Fontane (Four Fountains) in Rome is a late Renaissance ensemble designed by architect Domenico Fontana. The four fountains are celebrated for adorning an ancient Roman crossroads, and the intersection also features the famous Baroque church, San Carlo alle Quattro Fontane.

The Four Statues: The four carved travertine figures in their corner niches represent: The River Tiber: A symbol of Rome, complete with a she-wolf The River Arno: A symbol of Florence, accompanied by a lion. Diana: The goddess of the hunt and the moon. Juno: The patron goddess of Rome




The Barberini Gallery, officially known as the Galleria Nazionale d'Arte Antica in Palazzo Barberini, is a premier art museum in Rome, Italy. It houses one of the most important painting collections in the country, spanning the 13th to the 18th centuries, and is housed in a spectacular, prototypical Baroque palace designed by Carlo Maderno, Gian Lorenzo Bernini, and Francesco Borromini.

The Rape of Proserpina (more accurately translated as the Abduction of Proserpina) is a monumental Baroque marble sculpture carved by Italian master Gian Lorenzo Bernini between 1621 and 1622. Commissioned by Cardinal Scipione Borghese, the statue is famous for making solid marble appear miraculously soft and lifelike

Sant'Andrea della Valle is a titular church and minor basilica in the rione of Sant'Eustachio of the city of Rome, Italy. The basilica is the seat of the general curia of the Theatines and is located on the Piazza Vidoni, at the intersection of Corso Vittorio Emanuele and Corso Rinascimento



Piazza della Minerva is a charming, historic square in central Rome, located just a few steps behind the Pantheon. St. Peter's Basilica, located in Vatican City, is the epicenter of the Catholic Church and one of the most significant Renaissance buildings in the world. Built over the traditional burial site of Saint Peter, it evolved from a 4th-century Constantinian structure into a marvel of art and architecture


Michelangelo’s Pietà is a Renaissance masterpiece carved between 1498 and 1499. Commissioned by French Cardinal Jean de Bilhères, it depicts the Virgin Mary cradling the dead body of Jesus. Today, it resides in St. Peter's Basilica in Vatican City, protected by bulletproof glass following a 1972 attack






Castel Sant'Angelo is a monumental fortress in Rome that has evolved over nearly 2,000 years from an imperial mausoleum to a papal refuge, prison, and museum. It is deeply connected to the Vatican via a secret, fortified corridor
